If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied! At Eteeks Sivad, we are here to provide quality products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to try and make it better!

Please read our simple Return Policy below and remember if you have any questions, you can always contact us!

· All returns requests must be received within 20 days of the date your order shipped from us.

· Returned items must remained un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached.

· Include your original receipt, and circle the names of the items you wish to return.

· Refunds can only be issued in the form of an online store credit.

· Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a shipping mistake.

· Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.

EXCEPTION

. If there was an error on our part you will receive an exchange or full refund as long as item is not washed, worn, and all tags are still attatched.
